Mission Progress and Robot Design

There had been some interesting structural and logic challenges with the Team's first Robot prototype.  After much trial and error, the Team was able to design a mechanism to be used with the Robot, that would enable it to more consistently repeat certain mission steps.  While this success provided new knowledge and encouragement, the Team then quickly discovered a small structural flaw to challenge their creativity once again. A second Robot has been designed and built, and the Team has named it (The Mission Saver Module).  While this one is more structurally sound, it has had it's own unique turning challenges, especially around tight areas. Pouring a little bit more time and effort into this proved successful  and the Team was able to demonstrate this prototype at the recent LEGO Education - LEGO Kidfest in Chicago, IL.
